No cancellations allowed. Orders once received will not be refunded for.
- For incorrect orders/damaged orders, the product will be replaced after receiving the incorrect/damaged product.
- Not liking the product or design or quality is not considered as a valid reason for return or refund
- In case of handmade products, damages only refer to product breakage. Minor scratches and painting/varnishing flaws are not considered as damages in handmade items and
therefore will not be liable for refund or replacement.
- In case the product is not available/or is out of stock/or we are unable to replace it, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
- In case item is refused by customer on delivery and it is returned, the company shall make a refund after deducting the shipping fee as well as the return courier charges.
- Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
- Our dispatch timeline is 5 working days. Delay upto 7 working days in shipping the order due to logistics issues or other issues is acceptable and does not qualify for a refund.
- No refund will be given for orders that reach late as per customer events (birthdays/anniversary). Please order well in advance to avoid such delays.
- Once an order is received, you will get an order confirmation and the product will be shipped 5 working days of order being placed
- Depending on the location, the order delivery timeline will be given in the tracking link shared by the mail and SMS. We do not control these timelines and are not responsible for the same
- One may track the location of the order through the tracking code which will be provided once the product has been shipped.
- For customized products, the customer will be informed about the number of days it will take to ship the order.

- In case a shipment is not delivered because of incorrect address or phone number or customer unavailability or refusal (or any other reason from the customer's end), the customer will have to bear shipping and return charges. In case the customer does not want the product anymore, these charges will be deducted from the paid amount and the balance will be refunded. In case the customer wants the order to be shipped again, the customer will pay the shipping and return charges before new dispatch.
